We want you to love your matcha. If something’s not right, just get in touch within 7 days of recieving the product and we’ll fix it.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but they tend to be 3-7 business days.
How long does matcha last?
Unopened, it stays fresh for about 12 months. Once you open it, try to finish it within 1–2 months.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across the Netherlands on all orders above 50€! Otherwise, the shipping cost is 7,5€.
